Have you dropped your device and smashed the front glass screen? If your device touch panel no longer responds we can repair the screen for you. Our front screen repair includes smashed or cracked screens, no front screen light, blots that won't go away or flickering light. On this repair most of the devices front glass and LCD will both be replaced as they are combined into one component. But some devices the top touch glass would be replaced. It's important to get a broken or smashed device screen repaired straight away, especially on first signs of a crack on your device as this can cause "spider - web" over time and overall turn a small problem into a large and more expensive issue. Please be aware our device front screen replacement does not include any other part of the device for example, the motherboard, Cameras, Speakers, Mic, Charging port and Battery etc. We only repair the front screen. If you think the impact may have damaged any other parts of your device, we recommend booking it in for our diagnostic service to make sure there's no further damages. All our smart devices screens are generic, good (AAA) quality replacements and fully compatible and for more peace of mind it comes with 72 hours test warrenty in case if there is any defect while in use (Note no scraches, physical or accidental damages are covered).

Battery Issues

We replace faulty device batteries. The main signals your battery needs replacing are; it takes longer to charge, the power drains quickly or quicker than it used to or finally the battery becomes deformed. Timing is crucial with batteries, as usually when one part of the battery fails, this adds more stress to the other parts of the device and will majorly affect the devices performance. Our trained technicians will replace the faulty battery and fully test the device in excellent working condition.

Dead Phone Diagnostics

Our expert technicians investigate and diagnose your device to find out if there's any problems. We will then contact you and let you know if a repair is necessary and if needed, how much extra it will cost to continue the repair service, at this point the phone can be returned without paying extra for repairs. The diagnostic cost will be deducted from the cost of repair if you choose to proceed. You do not have to proceed with the repair. If you choose not to proceed, your device will be returned to you at no extra cost, however the diagnostic cost is non-refundable. Please be aware diagnostics may take longer than usual repairs as our trained technicians take time to look at every element of the device and check for faulty parts. Please be advised we cannot guarantee your device will be repaired after we diagnose the fault. 97% of devices that we diagnose are repaired.

Charging Port Issues

This repair service fully inspects the charging port on your phone or tablet. If your device charging cable is plugged into the device and it struggles to charge or be recognised by other devices or the cable wire has to be placed in a specific position in order for the power to operate, then it is most likely that the phone or tablet charging dock or socket or port is broken and will need to be repaired or replaced. Our trained technicians will repair or replace the lightning socket or port, then fully test your device to be in excellent working condition.

Water Damaged

Has your device been damaged by water or dropped into any other form of liquid? During our liquid damage diagnostic service our trained technicians will open up the device, clean all the components affect by the liquid damage and fully sterilize the hardware. Please bear in mind this is not a repair but a diagnostic service. Once or skilled technicians have cleaned and sterilized your device we will then contact you regarding the faults, if it is repairable, and if possible, which repairs will need to be carried out in order to get your device back to full working order. If a repair is possible, you do not have to go ahead with the suggested repairs, you can alternatively collect the device back after cleaning and diagnostic stage if you prefer. Please be aware that liquid damage can have a last affect and can continuously cause problems to your (device). After cleaning and repairing the faults found during the diagnostic we have no control over what the liquid may damage in future circumstances, therefore, this service is not covered under warranty by any means. This device liquid damage diagnostic service is non refundable and can take up to 7 to 14 working days to complete.

Dead Device Data Retreival

If your smart device is dead and/or beyond economical repairs by initial diagnostics, then we can provide data retreival service to extract your contacts, pictures, videos and other useful information, in order to access data on dead boards our trained elecreonics engineers with wealth of in-depth knowledge will use external source of power tools and techniques to bypass dead ICs chips and will manage to turn-on the device to get to the data. Touch Screen Disease

The iPhone Touch Disease is causing a lot of panic among the Apple community. The bendgate-affected iPhone 6 and 6 Plus models are displaying gray flickering bar which is accompanied with loss of touch functionality. A gray flickering bar appears on the top the screen. During the initial stages of the iPhone touch disease, the iPhone would go unconscious (stop responding to touch inputs) and then return to normal. A hard reset would be beneficial as the initial treatment. The thought of getting the screen replaced may not be an appropriate surgery for the iPhone touch disease. This is because the touchscreen isn’t involved in causing the problem at all. It’s the two Touch ICs present on the logic board. These Touch ICs take care of converting the taps and swipes you make into signals which could be understood by the iPhone.

Fake Charging / Not Charging

Causes of U2 failure: Fake/cloned chargers - Using cheaper chargers such as ones which claim to be Apple however aren't along with car chargers can cause this issue. Fake/cloned cables - Using non-genuine or non-MFI cables to power your iPhone 5s/5c or 6 removes a lot of protection which should be in the cable this can cause spikes to be passed through to your device causing failure/damage to the U2 ic on your phone. Symptoms of U2 failure Fake charging - The device thinks it's charging however the percentage of the battery is not increasing. Not detecting the charger - The device will not acknowledge that the charger is connected and doesn't see the charger. No power - The device will not power with just the lightning cable connected and has to have a charged battery installed. If the device will not power on with a charged/good battery then the U2 IC isn't your issue and it's more likely to be the PMIC (Power Management Integrated Chipset) which is damaged. What can be done about the issue? We can replace this IC on most of the phone models affected these include the iPhone 5C, iPhone 5S, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6S and finally the iPhone 6S Plus. These devices are all affected by this issue unfortunately, so if you're unlucky enough to have been affected by this issue then please contact us and we can provide you with a quote. Unfortunately we can not repair the iPhone 5 anymore due to the possibility of damage to the logic board.

Home Button Issues

If your smart device home button is broken or not as responsive as it used to be, then our smart device home button replacement service will repair or replace the wiring and the connection to ensure that the home button is re - aligned and operating correctly. Please note that for devices that include Touch ID, that there is a chance the Touch ID functionality may no longer be operational after repair as this is set up to the original home button and can not be transferred across due to current mother board configuration.
